I'm all out of my prescription stuff for my migraines. HELP! Any suggestions on any non-prescription stuff that might work?

I have heard people say taking a Sauna helps their migraines. Dont ask me why or how. Doesnt make much sense to me either, but its worth a shot, right? Hope you feel better soon!
