Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head

In the last few nights, it seems as though I have resuscitated my ability to do high school level math. I never did well when I was in high school, but necessity to try again has come up. My brother is working his way through a new school term, and I have been enlisted to help him pass math.

Well, reading week has almost concluded, and I am up to speed, and ahead of the game with all of my work for the next few weeks. Somehow I have become a good student (or probably just fed up with writing assignments).

Happy Valentine's Day

Alright, so I am a few hours late, but best wishes to all. My sweetie brought me a special surprise: Breakfast at Tiffany's which we almost had time to complete watching. Love you lots hunny....

Other than that, yesterday was a productive day for me:

1. Finished reading Anatomy of Criticism
2. Finished reading Death and the Maiden and re-read Buried Child
3. Read King Lear
4. Finished writing essay on The Great Code
5. Started mini-essay on passage from Troilus and Cressida
6. Finished mini-essay on passage from Coriolanus

As I can figure, I did pretty well for myself and hopefully will now not stress out too much for the rest of this reading week!

Reading Week

The much anticipated reading week has arrived and I am more than ready for it. Time for some rest, relaxation and essay writing! Cheers to all!

In the trenches, surrounded by groundhogs?

As usual, I've become rather lackadaisical about the frequency of my posting. January is now done and February has begun. One more week until READING WEEK! February 2nd (tomorrow) is the pub night hosted by my club (TTSF), so hopefully it all goes well for us. Like last year, I will be modelling, along with some of the executives from the club. We have a steelpan player coming out too, so it should be quite a good show.
Friday will be my first day of official work, and I am hoping that I will not make too many mistakes and that this new job will go well.
